Budgeting and investment tips:

Decide how important florals are to the overall mood + vibe of your day.

Typically, flowers are 10-15% of the overall budget. If abundant florals are a “must have” then budget 20%.

Consider how flowers from your ceremony can be repurposed for your reception to maximize your budget.

Prioritize the most important arrangements to you Focusing on these can help allocate your budget more effectively.

Consider your venue…note your venue’s size and aesthetic: Large or open spaces may require more flowers to make an impact. Venues with built-in charm may need less.

Labor, set up and delivery must be factored into the budget. Floral design is labor-intensive, especially for installation-heavy weddings (arches, hanging florals, etc.).

Flexibility with your budget is important. Be open to adjustments. A slightly higher investment in florals can significantly enhance your overall wedding aesthetic.
